Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Laundry attendant to handle linen processing for Rooms and F&B, including sorting, folding and delivering clean items to guest rooms and staff areas.

Carry out duties with care, maintain equipment, and assist with coverage during busy periods. Prior hospitality experience and basic English communication are preferred to ensure high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year hospitality or related work experience is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English is preferred

Responsibilities

• Sorts, processes and folds Rooms and F&B linens such as sheets, towels, table clothes, and napkins.
• Sorts used linens, clean towels, rugs and robes into appropriate categories for off-site washing.
• Loads and unloads carts and uses towel folder for folding.
• Operates and maintains folding equipment, washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron.
• Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.
• Counts items and provides a completed receipt to guests.
