• Replenish guest room amenities, linens, towels, and supplies per brand standards.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance; report issues promptly.
• Maintain public areas, including hallways and service areas, in pristine condition.
• Interact with guests courteously while maintaining privacy and discretion.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with supervisors or other departments as needed.
• Handle guest belongings with care and confidentiality.
• Follow hotel security, privacy, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
