José Andrés Group (JAG) seeks a Bar Manager for Nubeluz Rooftop at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You will lead daily bar operations, uphold exceptional cocktail standards, and develop a high-performing team to deliver a guest experience worthy of a luxury rooftop destination.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage beverage inventory, cost controls, scheduling, and training while collaborating with FOH, culinary teams, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless service and brand

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily bar operations and service execution.
• Maintain exceptional cocktail and beverage standards.
• Develop and coach bar staff for high performance.
• Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Manage scheduling and ensure operational efficiency.
• Partner with FOH and culinary teams to ensure cohesive service.
