Job summary

Brobston Group LLC, on behalf of Valentino, seeks a Team Leader to act as brand representative, support store management, and deliver the Valentino client experience. You will drive sales performance and coach client advisors.

You will manage clienteling, onboarding of prospects, and after-sales situations while ensuring product storytelling and KPI alignment with conversion and average ticket. Daily operations, stock, and SAP-based store processes are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in luxury retail or client-facing sales with clienteling
• Strong ability to meet sales targets and KPIs and drive store performance
• Excellent product knowledge and storytelling to convey Valentino brand value

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals
• Drive KPIs by linking client experience actions to conversion and average ticket
• Develop and retain clients through in-store engagement and private appointments; support data acquisition
• Maintain deep product knowledge and storytelling for Valentino creations
• Support stock organization, receiving, transfers, and cycle counts; document processes
• Use SAP, CRM and other systems to execute store processes and campaigns
• Assist management with CRM campaigns, conversion plans, VM setup and partnerships
• Handle sensitive after-sales situations, returns, repairs, and escalations when managers are unavailable
