Qualifications

• Team Leader who can act as a brand representative embodying the Valentino values and mastering every stage of the Valentino Client experience.
• Support the sales team and extend partnership with store management to guarantee proper implementation of all store-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Sales achievement – meet individual sales target and contribute to the overall store sales objectives.
• KPIs achievement – understand the correlation between client experience steps and KPI outcomes.
• Client engagement – develop and retain existing clients; recruit new potential clients.
• Collect and update client data to enrich the prospect database while maintaining the current client list.
• Master product knowledge and convey engaging storytelling around Valentino creations.
• Support operations: cycle counts, stock transfers, documentation, and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Collaborate with in-store VM and team, report to store management, and assist CRM campaigns and training.
