Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly strategic Team Manager for our new freestanding location in Bal Harbour. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive exceptional client experiences, and own a product category with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Store Director, you will champion brand values, coach daily activities, and ensure visual standards are upheld while achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in luxury retail or high-end brands.
• Proven ability to develop talent and drive commercial growth.
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Drive client relationship management and elevate service standards across the store.
• Own product category performance, providing feedback to merchandising and implementing growth plans.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, analyze sales data, and drive results.
• Collaborate with Operations and Merchandising to ensure operational excellence and visual standards.
