Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly strategic Team Manager for our new freestanding location in Bal Harbour. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive exceptional client experiences, and own a product category with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Store Director, you will champion brand values, coach daily activities, and ensure visual standards are upheld while achieving sales objectives.

Reporting to the Store Director, you will lead by example, championing brand values and ensuring operational excellence across your dedicated product category and team.

Job responsibilities

• Strategic Team Leadership & Development: Leading, coaching, and empowering a dedicated team to achieve full potential, fostering a culture of trust and accountability, and contributing to succession planning.
• Client Experience & Relationship Management: Driving the team to build and maintain deep client relationships, ensuring a client-centric mindset, and role-modeling elevated client interactions.
• Product Category & Business Growth: Taking accountability for a designated product category, providing feedback to Corporate Merchandising, and developing action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
• Performance Management & Results Ownership: Setting clear goals, monitoring team performance, analyzing sales and client feedback, and implementing solutions to exceed sales objectives and enhance outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence: Partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, Merchandising) to ensure operational excellence, uphold visual standards, and maintain a seamless, elevated client experience.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $90,000-$120,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including:
