Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role involves greeter duties, cashier responsibilities, answering phones, handling shipments, and stock room organization to ensure smooth product flow.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, open availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and physical stamina to lift 40 lbs or more. A dynamic team spirit and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• You may be acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow.
• Support front of the house and back of the house operations.
• Work with an amazing team to deliver retail excellence.
