Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, answer calls, and help maintain store policies and procedures as part of a dynamic team.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume retail setting, with open availability for flexible shifts including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Lifting requirements and physical stamina are needed for daily stock and customer flow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, operate cash register, answer phones.
• Understand and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize stock room to support product flow.
• Work with a diverse team to deliver retail excellence.
