Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail associate for our luxury brand team in Texas. The role requires a fast-paced, customer-first mindset with multi-tasking across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years in a high-volume retail setting, be available for flexible hours including overnights and weekends, and be able to lift 40 lbs to assist with stock and store operations.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and maneuver stock as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate cash register, answer phones and support store operations.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to ensure smooth product flow.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional retail experiences.
