Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail associate in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will welcome customers, assist with sales, operate as a cashier, and help manage stock and shipments to maintain store flow.

The role requires 1–2 years in high-volume retail, open availability for varied shifts, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You’ll join a supportive team that values service, collaboration and style.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as greeter, runner, cashier and during phone inquiries.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize stock room to support product flow.
• Collaborate with team to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
• Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
