Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership in a high-energy sales environment focused on customer-first experiences. You will drive sales, coach the team, and uphold Kate Spade standards through exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a retail environment with management or floor leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Responsibilities

Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets. Analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
Build client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service standards; drive VIP retention.
Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stockroom control to ensure operational excellence.
Oversee omni-channel initiatives and data-driven selling, including live-stream shopping and data capture to grow loyalty.
