Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership and create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. You will lead a team on the floor, coach performance, and ensure adherence to Kate Spade standards.

Responsibilities include driving personal and team sales, building client relationships, managing opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory integrity, plus leading omni-channel and social media initiatives to grow loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management or floor leadership (luxury/premium ideal).
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and lead the team to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Develop and coach team; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stockroom organization.
• Oversee omni-channel initiatives including live-stream shopping and social media engagement.
