Job summary

Roger Vivier, a global luxury brand, is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor in Singapore to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance.

You will motivate the sales team, deliver outstanding client service, and ensure exceptional brand presentation while achieving store targets and KPIs. Prior luxury retail leadership and strong product knowledge are required.

We offer on-the-job training and career progression within Tod’s Group portfolio, with weekend shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience.
• Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques and clienteling.
• Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store targets.
• Understand and analyse KPIs to drive the business and achieve goals.
• Support staff development through training, coaching and evaluations.
• Build long-term client relationships and promote the brand with product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
