Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, elevate the luxury service standard, and drive sales performance at our Boston-area location.

The ASM will manage team development, oversee inventory and operations, and maintain alignment with corporate guidelines to reflect an elevated brand image. Travel and weekend work may be required, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office and other digital tools.

• Collaborate with Store Manager to lead store team, delegate tasks and uphold service standards.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and efficiency.
