Loro Piana Boston is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, and manage inventory for a premier luxury boutique. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client service, mentoring staff, and maintaining brand standards in a high-end environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury retail leadership, strong product knowledge, and the ability to travel and work weekends while lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee a successful store team through task delegation and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and store operations.
• Coordinate between store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners on sales objectives.
• Support the sales process by delivering luxury service and handling critical situations professionally.
• Develop relationships with top clients through VIC initiatives to reflect an elevated brand image.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and stock consolidation.
• Lead team meetings and provide store performance updates.
