Job summary

David Yurman is seeking a Store Designer to support the development and execution of retail and wholesale environments from concept through construction, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence. This role produces store layouts, schematic and design development documentation, 3D renderings, and presentation materials while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience in retail store design or related field.
Luxury retail or hospitality design experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction documentation and retail fixture design.

Responsibilities

Develop preliminary store layouts, space plans, 2D CAD plans, elevations and fixtures.
Create design development packages, 3D renderings, materials and finish specs.
Coordinate deliverables with architects, consultants, vendors and internal partners.
Support construction administration, field questions, site surveys and punch lists.
Maintain store design standards and project archives; assist with schedules.
