Job summary

David Yurman is seeking a Brand Ambassador at our Manhasset store to deliver a superior customer service experience and achieve a high volume of personal sales through client development and product knowledge.

This commission-eligible role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, maintaining current product knowledge, and presenting a premium in-store experience while supporting operations and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or luxury retail sales or relevant clientele-focused experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clientele and customer relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, and MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual sales budget by maximizing all selling opportunities.
• Create a positive and welcoming client experience in all interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service with the customer always as priority.
• Support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches.
• Remain current on industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collect meaningful customer data for future client development.
• Engage current and new business using available marketing tools.
• Utilize technology to enhance customer experience.
• Assist with inventory control and shrink management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping per guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on all product categories and company procedures.
• Collaborate with support teams on repairs and follow-up with customers.
• Be mindful of the impact of behavior on colleagues.
• Provide help and advice to colleagues to achieve goals.
