Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of retail store design experience, with at least 3 years in luxury jewelry or premium retail.
• Strong portfolio of high-end retail projects and customer-centric design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
• Knowledge of retail construction processes, fixture development, and project management.
• Understanding of luxury materials, lighting design, and premium finishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of new store concepts and brand test projects.
• Translate brand standards into luxury store environments that drive engagement and sales.
• Create store plans, elevations, 3D renderings, material boards, and presentation packages.
• Manage multiple store design projects with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, fixtures manufacturers, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and landlord requirements.
