Job summary

Richemont's Alaïa boutique in Miami is seeking a Stock Associate to maintain stock inventory, manage deliveries, and ensure product quality. You will support omnichannel logistics, returns, transfers, and ensure products are available on the sales floor to maximise client experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury retail, strong responsibility, teamwork, and solid computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word). The role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

• Previous working experience in a similar role.
• Experience ideally in the luxury retail sector.
• High affinity for luxury products.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in teams as well as alone.
• Competent computer skills: SAP, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock inventory with organized stock rooms for products and packaging.
• Manage deliveries, prepping and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
• Check quality and conformity of delivered products.
• Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers and omnichannel logistics with deadlines.
• Ensure right products on the sales floor to boost efficiency and client experience.
• Improve product availability by coordinating with supply chain and product requests.
