Job summary

Yves Saint Laurent is seeking a Stock Associate to support back-of-house operations and assist the Sales & Management team on the floor. This role reports to the Store Director and collaborates with internal Operations to maintain stockroom organization and timely shipping.

Two years of luxury or contemporary retail experience is preferred, with strong organizational skills and Excel proficiency essential. Able to lift up to 25–50 pounds and work in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management and inventory audits.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Pro-active and team-centric attitude; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director & Operations partners to avoid inventory errors.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders on a timely matter to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
• Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
• Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor maintain Visual Standards.
• Support sales team as needed on the salesfloor for coverage and assistance with sales as needed.
• Manage all supply orders from internal & external vendors.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Stock Associate our dynamic team to support the back of house operations.

ROLE

The Stock Associate will contribute to the boutique by maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the Sales & Management team on the salesfloor. This position will report to the Store Director and work closely with internal Operations partners.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $23.00/hr. - $24.00/hr. plus a comprehensivebenefitspackage including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and a retirement plan with employer contributions.
