Job summary

James Perse is seeking a Full Time Client Advisor for our Bloomingdale's Century City Men's Shop in Los Angeles. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional client service, and upholding James Perse visual standards within a premium retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience with high-end goods, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a seven days a week schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods.
• Open scheduling availability seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed (e.g. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory).
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
