JAMES PERSE is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for the Bloomingdale's Century City store in Los Angeles. You will drive sales, develop relationships with clients, and uphold James Perse's brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires experience in high-end retail, excellent customer service, and availability seven days a week. Competitive benefits and commission opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Prior experience in retail/boutique selling high-end goods.
• Open scheduling availability, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards
• Participate in special events and projects as needed (e.g. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory)
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence
• All other duties as assigned
