Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Luxury Retail Patrol in Los Angeles, CA to safeguard clients across a premier commercial real estate location. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires at least two years of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to use a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements; assist with directions and general information as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and shift activities to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
