Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and vendor entry procedures in a luxury retail environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate concerns as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Report unusual activity to appropriate personnel and support loss prevention efforts.
