Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Officer for Outdoor Luxury Retail in Glendale, CA. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate site.

This full-time role requires vigilance, clear reporting, and a strong service mindset to maintain a welcoming environment for occupants and guests alike.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background check and drug screen may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents and patrol observations.
