Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and assist with entry procedures in a luxury retail environment.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location and perimeter.
• Support loss prevention by observing customer areas and reporting unusual activity.
