Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience in customer service or loss prevention preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a luxury retail location.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Help deter theft and maintain a welcoming luxury shopping environment.
