Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer for a luxury retail setting in Mount Lebanon. The role is full-time with a starting pay of $18.04 per hour; officers are scheduled up to 40 hours per week and must be available for morning, afternoon and overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring for security risks, responding to alarms, controlling access, and assisting customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with the public.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or vehicle as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Respond to alarms and request assistance when needed.
• Control access and assist visitors and staff.
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
