Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking Security Flex Officers to safeguard clients across industries in West Elizabeth, PA. This full-time role offers $19.00 per hour, with the flexibility to pick up shifts via our exclusive platform.

You will support patrols, incident reporting, and customer service while maintaining a professional presence across sites. Weekly pay and paid training accompany career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or client vehicles.
• Background check and drug screening required per policy.
• Be at least 18 (21 if armed) and adaptable to different posts.
• Ability to operate radio/console and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrate courteous public interaction and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Raise alarms or contact authorities as needed.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and document findings.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely.
• Provide emergency notifications as required.
