Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer in Rosemont, IL. You will provide security across multiple sites with flexible shifts and a $18.50/hour pay rate, weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• No prior security experience required.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed, per state rules).
• Reliable and adaptable to different posts.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unsafe conditions and security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department as needed.
• Warn rule infractions and manage access entrances/exits.
• Observe departures and prevent unauthorized property removal.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, visitors politely and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
