Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our North Bend store. You will greet clients, provide personalized service, and operate the POS with accuracy while maintaining a polished sales floor.

You will also assist with stock handling, shipments, and visual merchandising to support daily sales and customer experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
