Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to deliver premium customer service at the store level. You will greet clients, operate the POS, manage stock flow from receipt to sale, and support merchandising and loss prevention efforts.

The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced luxury environment and strong English communication. The position emphasizes brand ambassador responsibilities, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred in luxury/service environments.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency with cash registers/point-of-sale systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally; anticipate needs and provide personalized service.
• Act as brand ambassador in-store and in local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests; collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
