Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Dawsonville, GA to greet clients, assist with purchases, and maintain an organized sales floor. You will process transactions, stock and merchandise the store, and help grow the brand presence locally.

Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends; prior luxury retail experience and strong English communication are preferred. Base pay range reflects U.S. retail compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury or high‑end environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, laptops/tablets, POS, and reading price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels; replenish floor; update visual merchandising.
• Support floor activities; respond to requests; collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
