Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in our Atlanta store to deliver exceptional service and uphold the brand’s luxury standards. You will engage customers, assist with product selection, operate the POS, and help maintain an organized, inviting sales floor.

The role requires strong English communication, prior retail experience, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment while supporting stock management and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience in luxury or high-end environments preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Support brand ambassador activities and social media engagement where appropriate.
