Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Texas to help drive store success through warm, efficient customer service and accurate stock and POS operations. You will assist customers at the cash wrap, help maintain a pristine sales floor, and support stock handling from receipt to display.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of retail experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with cash registers and basic tech.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cash registers and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
