Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Aventura, FL store. You will support Management with daily operations, drive sales, coach the team, and ensure brand standards and guest experience align with Marc Jacobs DNA.

The role requires 3+ years in retail, leadership experience preferred, and a focus on client relationships. You will work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with benefits including health insurance and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or sales with a customer service focus.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming to clients.
• Build sales by sharing styling expertise, trends, and product knowledge.
• Engage with clients to drive repeat business and client base.

• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and events.
• Foster collaboration and open communication with team and management.
• Open and close the store per Marc Jacobs procedures.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and policy-compliant.
