Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail or related role focusing on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed store sales and KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready and welcoming.
• Build the sale through styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
