Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Sales Supervisor for its Cabazon Outlet in Cabazon, California. The role supports management with daily operations, drives sales, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and coaches the team.

Responsibilities include leading the floor, maintaining store standards, and enforcing brand procedures while fostering collaboration and development of staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail or a related role with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relationships.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Delivers excellence—passion and empathy for clients, beyond expectations.
• Flexible to a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Ensure the store is guest ready, welcoming and comfortable for clients.
• Build sales by establishing yourself as an expert in styling, trends, and product knowledge.
• Guide the client journey to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Marc Jacobs Universe, brand DNA and pillars.
• Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Open and close the store according to Marc Jacobs procedures.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized; adhere to company policies.
