The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of strong selling experience in an elevated contemporary brand, excellent product knowledge, and a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to lift up to 50 pounds. Commission eligible with employee discount.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of consistently strong selling performance and clientele experience in an elevated contemporary brand.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise.
• Knowledge of POS; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working in a sales-commission environment preferred.

• Support development of associates' sales techniques.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and grow within the company.
• Assist with events/incentives to grow local customer base.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and resolve complaints quickly.
