Responsibilities

• Lead by example to assist in achieving sales goals and KPI’s.
• Assist Store Manager in utilizing reports to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Set measurable performance standards and goals based on Company’s expectations and metrics.
• Work with Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities to build customer base.
• Create additional business opportunities by ensuring team members focus on customer relationships.
• Ensure all associates provide exemplary customer service and maintain World Class Service standards.
• Manage store operations including cash controls, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to brand direction.
