• 3+ years luxury retail management leading a sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to help achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist Store Manager using reports to identify opportunities and stock levels.
• Set measurable performance standards based on company metrics.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on local marketing opportunities to grow customer base.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure store operations: cash controls, budgets, and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation reflecting brand direction.
• Assist with payroll processes and uphold grooming and image standards.
