Qualifications

• Preferred minimum 3 years luxury retail management experience leading a sales team.
• Superb communication skills – verbal and written

• College degree preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve sales goals and KPI targets.
• Use reports to identify opportunities (best sellers, stock levels, productivity).
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Assist in HR tasks like payroll and staffing as needed.
