Job summary

The Sales Specialist at rag & bone is responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience in our New York store. You will drive sales, embody the brand aesthetic, and support policy adherence and store initiatives with a clienteling focus.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, a track record of meeting sales goals, and the ability to build lasting client relationships through styling guidance and product knowledge. Flexible 30–40 hour schedules apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in premium or luxury environments.
• Proven ability to meet individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Skilled in clienteling and building a loyal customer base.
• Ability to provide personalized experiences through styling, product knowledge, and brand storytelling.
• Flexible schedule: 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service through product knowledge, selling skills, and clienteling.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Embody rag & bone brand aesthetics in-store presentation.
• Support brand mission with customers entering the store.
• Assist Visual Merchandising with floor sets and window changes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Process Point of Sale transactions accurately.
• Uphold core rag & bone values in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, professional store atmosphere.
