Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Specialist in Charlotte to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience aligned with our brand. You will use product knowledge, clienteling, and strong selling skills to meet store goals and support management initiatives.

You will assist with floor sets, inventory, and POS transactions while upholding core values. The part-time role offers a clothing allowance, paid time off, generous employee discounts, and eligibility for commissions and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Proven ability to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Skilled in clienteling, including building and maintaining a loyal customer base.
• Ability to provide a personalized customer experience through styling recommendations, product knowledge and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Support a best-in-class level of customer service through extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clienteling
• Meet store and metric goals
• Emulate the brand aesthetic and embody and strong sense of fashion
• Ensure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into our store
• Provide assistance to our Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes and other projects, as needed
• Maintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures
• Assist with inventory and stock management
• Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
• Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone
• Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service
• Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
