Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Specialist to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in-store. You will help create a selling focus, support management initiatives, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

You will use product knowledge and styling skills to meet personal and team targets, while contributing to a brand-forward atmosphere and assisting with inventory and POS tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury retail environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal customer base through clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service through product knowledge and selling skills.
• Meet store and metric goals while upholding brand standards.
• Embody rag & bone aesthetic and fashion sense in-store interactions.
• Support Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes as needed.
