Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Support Associate in a part-time role, 24–30 hours per week. You will support both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, including inventory, greeter duties, and cashier duties to ensure smooth product flow and a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach with experience in retail or logistics. You will work with the team to maintain store standards and brand mission while balancing stock and service

Qualifications

• The candidate has prior retail stock, logistics, or customer service experience.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with problem solving.
• Comfort working with POS and store IT systems.
• Ability to balance front-of-house and back-of-house duties.

Responsibilities

• Support back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Assist with inventory, stock management, and store organization.
• Provide exemplary customer service and assist with checkout.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to meet store goals.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and brand standards.
