Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience and a track record of leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Women's and men’s RTW experience and client-centric approach.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities and adaptability.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to coach teams and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana.
• Partner with Store Leadership on initiatives, training, and operations.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and loss-prevention standards.
• Drive store KPIs including appointments, conversions, and repurchase rate.
• Develop strategic action plans to boost sales and client engagement.
• Mentor teammates and share product knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment and assist with inventory cycles.
• Leverage CRM for appointment selling and client relationships.
• Demonstrate leadership in boutique standards, merchandising, and operations.
• Resolve escalated client issues with leadership and client services.
