Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and maximize productivity.
• Control store expenses and manage budgets.

• Ensure stock fill-in on basics and assortment to hit targets.
• Merchandise presentation to align with collection direction and boost sales.
• Oversee store presentation, maintenance, housekeeping and organization.
• Ensure smooth operations with informed decision-making.
• Inventory control and loss prevention.
• Effective staff management and recruitment.
• Training and development of staff; develop personnel plans.
• Create a high morale environment and encourage team activities.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure coverage; align with leadership.
