Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience, including luxury retail fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving results and leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform role-related physical tasks, which may include standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive department sales and growth in alignment with company vision and values.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communication with merchant and vendor partners, including returns and damages.
• Manage team execution, set departmental priorities, and contribute to strategic store goals.
• Review business with buyers and develop action plans to improve results.
• Partner with Client Development Leads to establish plans and strategies.
• Analyze customer behaviors, trends, and preferences and adjust processes and standards accordingly.
• Plan and complete departmental budgets, manage expenses, and support audit compliance and stockroom controls.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotions within the department.
